You should know how your monitoring software monitors.

The rules we do not bend.

1. Public pages only. The crawler reads what any visitor sees. It never logs in, never solves a CAPTCHA, never reads behind a password.
2. robots.txt is always respected. Read before any page; allow and disallow rules for EagleEnforceBot and for * are honored; Crawl-delay is honored; a disallowed path is never fetched, and a site that blocks monitoring is not monitored.
3. It identifies itself. Every request carries EagleEnforceBot/1.0 (+https://eagleenforce.com/bot). No proxies, no IP rotation, no browser impersonation.
4. One request at a time. One worker per domain, a minimum delay between requests, back-off on 429 and 503. Feeds are preferred to page crawling.
5. Checked before it starts. Preflight refuses sites that block bots. EU-hosted or EU-business sites are held for a human review before any read.
6. Marketplaces through the front door. Planned Amazon, eBay and Walmart integrations will use the Selling Partner API, the eBay APIs and the Walmart Marketplace API with the brand's own connected account. No marketplace scraping, ever.
7. Site owners can opt out. A robots.txt rule or an email excludes a store. See our crawler page and the page for dealers.

Privacy

• We do not sell personal information and have never shared it as those terms are defined in the CCPA.
• We do not build cross-customer profiles of dealers, and customer data is never used to train models.
• On the public website, analytics is not loaded until you allow it. In the application, analytics and map services are not loaded until the applicable consent is given. Global Privacy Control is honored as an opt-out.
