About
Built by operators who got tired of watching prices by hand.
EagleEnforce is made by EcommEagle®, a small team that builds software for the unglamorous parts of running an ecommerce brand. We run stores ourselves. We have chased dealers over a $20 price drop, screenshotted listings at midnight, and argued about whether a screenshot would hold up. EagleEnforce is the tool we wanted for that job.
Why this exists
MAP policies fail in the gap between seeing and proving.
Most brands know roughly who undercuts them. What they lack is proof that survives a phone call: the price, the listing, the time, the seller behind the storefront, and a record that the dealer was told, when, and what happened next. Without that, enforcement is a favour you ask of your best dealers and a shrug you get from the rest.
EagleEnforce closes that gap. It watches every place a product is advertised, confirms a violation before it says the word, captures evidence, and runs the same escalation for every dealer so nobody can say they were singled out.
What a confirmed violation carries
| Listing URL and seller | ✓ |
| Advertised price vs MAP, in dollars and percent | ✓ |
| Two reads, minutes apart, before it counts | ✓ |
| Screenshot, page HTML, API response, hashes | ✓ |
| Every notice sent, approved by a person | ✓ |
Where it comes from
Two years of reading storefronts politely.
Before EagleEnforce there was EagleLytics, our supplier monitoring product for dropshipping stores. It reads thousands of supplier storefronts every day to keep stock and prices in sync, and it does so without proxies, without fake browsers, and without a single takedown request. That crawler, its platform detection, its rate limiting and its respect for robots.txt are the foundation EagleEnforce stands on.
We did not have to guess how to read a Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce store correctly. We already knew, and we already knew which shortcuts get you blocked.

How we work
Five rules we do not bend.
Collect data the legal way, always
Official marketplace APIs with your account. Public dealer pages read within robots.txt. A crawler that names itself. No proxies, no IP rotation, no pretending to be a shopper.
Prove it before you say it
A violation is confirmed on a second sighting, never on one read. Unknown is never treated as a violation. Evidence is captured at the moment of confirmation, not reconstructed later.
Same ladder for every dealer
Uniform, documented escalation is what keeps a MAP program defensible. The software runs the steps; a person approves the first notice.
Never gate what matters
Evidence quality, re-verification and the enforcement ladder are in every plan. Tiers change how much you watch and how often, not how honest the result is.
Tell you when something is wrong
A store that stopped answering, a listing that cannot be read, a worker that fell over: it shows up in the product, in plain language, with the reason. Silent failure is the one bug we treat as critical.
What EagleEnforce is not
Not a scraper. Not a law firm. Not a black box.
We do not scrape marketplaces, buy proxy pools, or route requests through residential IPs. We do not send legal threats on your behalf; we give you the record a lawyer would ask for. And we do not hide a score behind "AI": every number in the product shows how it was computed.
