Product first, then every seller.
You don't give us a list of sellers to watch. EagleEnforce works from your catalog and finds the sellers itself.
- One search per product. Each product is looked up by its eBay product ID or its UPC/GTIN, so every seller listing that exact item shows up, not just the sellers you already know about.
- Then every seller in full. Each seller the sweep finds is read again for your brand name, which catches the listings their barcode search missed.
- 200 listings in one call. eBay's API returns up to 200 listings per request, so one call covers a whole page of results.
- Nothing slips at the limit. Calls come from a daily budget. If a sweep reaches the budget, the rest moves to the next day instead of being dropped.

The discovery sweep runs every 24 hours to find new sellers and new listings. Listings you already watch are re-read on your plan's schedule.

Right listing, right seller, confirmed twice.
A wrong accusation costs you a dealer. So EagleEnforce proves the match before it compares a price, and reads the price again before it calls a violation.
Barcode-exact matches
A match on UPC/GTIN or eBay product ID is exact. A match on a manufacturer part number counts only when the listing's Brand field is yours.
Accessories filtered out
A listing "for" or "fits" your product, such as a case, bracket or charger, is recognised as an accessory and never matched to your SKU.
You decide the borderline cases
Bundles and listings under a seller's own code go to a review queue. No price is compared until you accept the match. Listings you mark "not ours" stay dismissed.
New, fixed-price, like for like
Only new-condition Buy It Now listings located in the US are checked, so used, refurbished and auction prices never count as MAP violations.
A second read before a violation
A first below-MAP price is only a candidate. EagleEnforce reads the listing again, 20 minutes later by default, and confirms the violation only if the price is still below MAP.
Evidence from the source
Every read keeps eBay's API response and its request ID, which is the record of proof. When a violation is confirmed, EagleEnforce also tries to capture a screenshot and the HTML of the listing page, if eBay's robots.txt allows it.
Every eBay seller gets a record.
Each eBay seller becomes a storefront in EagleEnforce, with its own listings, price history and violations. Link it to the dealer behind it and the whole history rolls up to that dealer.

Official API, handled properly.
EagleEnforce reads eBay only through eBay's Buy Browse API, with its own registered developer keys. Prices always come from the API. The only time it opens an eBay page is for the evidence screenshot of a confirmed violation.

The price compared with MAP is the item price. Shipping is recorded next to it but not added. Auctions, used and refurbished listings, and listings located outside the US are not checked.
