Verify first.
Enforce second.
A single low price is a candidate, not a violation. EagleEnforce re-checks after a short interval. Only after the required number of consecutive low reads is it confirmed. The same process works in reverse before a violation is marked resolved.

Your thresholds, your tolerance.
Enforcement rules are set per brand and apply to every read.
- Confirm threshold. Consecutive low reads before a candidate becomes confirmed (default 2).
- Resolve streak. Consecutive compliant reads before a violation is resolved.
- Re-verify interval. Minutes between the first low read and the re-check.
- Tolerance buffer. None, a fixed amount, or a percentage below MAP.
- Hidden prices. Treat "call for price" as compliant or as a violation.
- Sale prices. A strike-through above MAP with a sale price below it is recorded as a sale-price violation.

Your MAP policy shouldn't depend on someone remembering to check.
