A consistent enforcement process, on your terms.
A confirmed violation can automatically open a case against the seller, according to your enforcement rules, and move through the ladder your brand controls. Every seller walks the same ladder with the same timers.
The default enforcement ladder
- Requires approval
Courtesy Notice
72-hour cure window - Automatic after cure window
Formal Warning
72-hour cure window - Automatic after cure window
Suspension of authorized-dealer benefits
7-day cure window - Requires approval
Termination
Final step
You stay in control.
The first notice requires human approval. Templates and enforcement steps are editable, so the ladder reads the way your brand speaks.
EagleEnforce handles the clock.
When a cure window expires, EagleEnforce re-checks the listing. Compliant listings are cured. Listings still below MAP continue along your ladder.
One case per seller.
When automatic case creation is enabled, a confirmed violation opens the case and EagleEnforce drafts the first notice and queues it for your approval. Later violations from the same seller attach to the open case, so a dealer with five low listings gets one notice, not five.
- Notice templates with merge fields: brand, policy, product, SKU, observed price, MAP, evidence link, cure deadline
- Notices are sent by email on your behalf; the delivery record stays on the case
- Cure timers re-check the listing when the window ends: compliant cures the case, still low drafts the next step
- Close a case with a reason at any time

You decide the policy. We run the process.
EagleEnforce does not: decide what your MAP price should be, write your MAP policy for you, determine who is an authorized dealer, impose penalties on its own, or provide legal advice.
Your brand controls: MAP policies and prices, dealer authorization, enforcement rules, notice language, and every escalation decision.
EagleEnforce: monitors, records, verifies, organizes, notifies, re-checks, and carries out the configured process on your instructions, keeping the evidence your team can review at every step.
EagleEnforce does not provide legal advice. Your brand determines its MAP policy and enforcement process.
Your MAP policy shouldn't depend on someone remembering to check.
