Add a dealer by pasting its website domain. EagleEnforce runs a preflight check to make sure the site can be monitored, and shows you exactly what it found.

The preflight check

  • DNS resolution. The domain resolves and answers.
  • Platform detection. Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and ten more, so the right price reader is used.
  • robots.txt status. Rules for EagleEnforceBot and for * are read; Crawl-delay is respected. A disallowed site is never read.
  • Bot protection check. A site that blocks automated reading is reported as such, not guessed at.
  • Geographic and EU check. EU-hosted or EU-business sites are held for a human review before any read.

After preflight, EagleEnforce reads the dealer's product feed where the platform publishes one, or its sitemap, and matches pages to your catalog by SKU, identifier or title. Each match becomes a watch point.

  • Uses published product feeds when available to reduce page requests
  • SKU drift is flagged for review when a dealer re-uses a URL for a different product
  • Skip keywords ("used", "open box", "refurbished") keep those listings out
  • Hidden prices, password-protected stores and unreadable pages are reported with the reason

Scheduled reads

On your plan's cadence, one request at a time.

Every watch point is re-read daily, every six hours, or hourly depending on the plan. One worker reads one domain at a time with a delay between requests. If monitoring falls behind schedule, you are told once a day rather than left with stale data.
